The hotel is located in the center of everything, in a great area close to Taksim Square. the staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful, and they speak English very well. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with fully equipped bathrooms. the hotel offers free wifi, and there are shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. the breakfast is served in the room, and there are facilities like TV and air conditioning available for use.

One disadvantage is that there is no elevator in the hotel. if you don't mind taking the stairs and are in shape, it's not a major issue.
